Colin has been running around the house saying all sorts of new things these days! His latest is "Bye Mommy see you soon, gotta go to work" as he grabs his Dr. bag and walks away. It is the cutest thing ever! The other night he was pretending to make pizza for Daddy (he will make pizza for the family on pizza night, it is so much fun! Instead of all the grease, we use the wheat pita bread, organic tomatoes sauce and cheese...sometimes some veggies and meat) so Colin was making his pizza and yelling out, need some sauce, cheese, hamburger, spice, cinnamon and a few others I do not recall! It was great! Mommy tried a new sandwich with Colin today, in an attempt to be creative Colin decided he wanted a snowman sandwich, Mommy put on almond butter (we will not be doing peanut butter till he is older) and some organic strawberry jam. Colin has also decided that he likes to say "I cant eat this or that" which is super fantastic, with some coaching me managed to eat the sandwich, with much reservation.
