Colin had his 9 month check up today. Hard to believe he is growing up so fast! He was such a charmer with the nurse and loves watching his Dr. use the instruments! Colin is 18lbs 5oz (which is in the 10-25 percentile for weight), 27.5 inches for height (25 percentile) and 18 for his head (50-75 percentile) Compared to his 6mnth appt. he was 15 lbs 4oz and 26.25 inches long. Colin is going to be taking an iron supplement to help with is iron deficiency anemia and is going to work on eating more solid foods (3x daily). He still has his 8 teeth and is not cutting any new ones right now! Colin is doing awesome at sleeping!! He has slept the whole night (7pm-about 7am) for three nights in a row!! Mommy gets so much sleep...she is tired. Colin last day for his swim lessons is tomorrow and he just loves the water! He goes under with no problem and is doing great with kicking and thinking about wanting to blow bubbles in the water!
Mommy checked her baby book that she has and Mommy weighed 15lbs and 12oz at 9mnths of age and was 27 1/4 inches long
