Developmental Specialist Visit

Colin had his developmental specialist come today! She loved how much he is "talking" and is using a lot of constant sounds. He scored 60/60 for his adjusted 4 month test and a 50/60 for his actual age test which was great!! Colin is going to work on sitting up and using his neck muscles to come off the ground and not trying to stand so much. He really likes to stand and not sit so we are working on that! She loved his interaction, passed the hearing and vision test with no problem! She is having us take out the high chair to have him sit in it when we eat dinner to help with him playing while sitting up! She gave us some great tips on not overstimulating him by not giving him so many toys at once to play instead just stick to one and then try others and with and reading the signs on when he wants to not be held and play by himself. It was a great visit! Colin has had another cold this week so we are hoping that he will get that over real soon!
